A fairly neat and clean government building comparatively. 5 floors with 2 sets of lifts and some beautiful views. Security is tough and strict. Your name has to be on the visitors list otherwise you are not allowed to enter. Parking is outside the building for visitors.

It is a remarkable place, I was amazed to see such an organized structure of a public sector organization.their data center is level 4 compliant, well managed and placed with dual setup for every thing

NTC established to provide secure and reliable Telecom services to Federal, Provincial Government Departments and institutions as the federal government may determine. They have Very hard-working technicians. Staff is cooperative.

Good offices and officers from some old and political appointments as well. If you visit just hope you are handed to the younger staff from new lot

Very sleek and state-of-the-art office building at the core of the federal capital, with all important government buildings nearby. Also houses offices of MNCs and important organizations / institutions in addition to National Telecommunications Corporation headquarters.
The basement cafeteria also has nice and hygienic food. Security arrangements are adequate. There is sufficient parking, outside the building in the adjacent plot, as parking inside is reserved for senior officers.

Entering the place is a hassle.
The management is least pushed about this problem and doesn't bother to improve it.

It is near to NADRA HQs, State bank, and ILO offices. It is head office of state owned telecom company and other private government departments. It is state of art building with centralized cooling and heating system. Rental spaces on nominal rates in secure and peaceful office environment.

It's a nice office space. Located in a posh locality. And overall services are very good. However the rentals are very high
