Khudadad Heights

An amazing place to live at. But the Management is extremely poor and the building isn't taken care of well. The top view is splendid.

Good building as per design, but as per construction it's no so good.
View is very beautiful from here.

Reaidential Flats very convinient from F-11 markaz. Security and other maintenances are availble. Building is old but overall good.

Poor management. Every year basements get filled with water in monsoon. Plus mostly Lifts are out of order.to the management.

This is residential plaza around 1000 flats in different high rise towers with lifts. People offer rental rooms with all facilites for single or couple of nights, fortnight and monthly basis. One should bargain to get good deal.

Best Building in Islamabad, Lifts, Car Parking, Shops, Restaurant in basement. It's one of the oldest & biggest residential building having 14 floors with two basements. Nice place for living. Khudadad Heights are luxury, located at Margalla road.

Building was huge and good.parking was good too. But there was very bad smell in surrounding.lack of cleanliness inside the building.needs to improve

This place has good hostels but not for families as most of the people are bachlors and single guests

My mother in law resides here.the view is nice from her balcony and one of the best salon called Royally is 5 min drive.

Party Flats and not recommended for families to live who wants 100% peaceful and serene environment, but its near to main Isb, Capital city of Pakistan and can be occupied if you are looking for a place in reasonable ren

A huge building in e11/1 Islamabad, big residential apartments, left problem always there, and in rain dipping problem in some areas.

Building location is in E-11 near the downtime Islamabad. Space have maintaince system along with ample parking Space for resident and guests.

Khudad Heights located nearin E11 near to F-11 Markaz, Islamabad is reasonable and great place for living.
The heights are having apartments of different size for both rental and selling purposes.
There are multiple blocks at this residential place having all sort of facilities still some areas are under construction due to expansion.

The place is has spacious underground parking and is accessable for special persons also having functional lifts.
The view from top is always amazing.

I have lived here in a completely new apartment. Apparently, their maintenance is worse than anywhere I have lived. The is no water. Elevator doesn't work most of the time. Their staff is very rude. If you call the in-charge, he will not even pick up the call. They are only good at collecting money when it comes to rent and maintenance. I had the worst experience over here.
