They have nadra-e-sahulat service,
Biometric verification costs Rs=150/-,
Shopkeepers charges Rs=200/- normally with there commission.
This shopkeeper asked for Rs=450/- for the verification claiming that he has to cover up for the cost he has paid for the thumb impression device.
This is really sad and annoying that anyone can charge as much as they want to for the verification!
